Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timelines
As we utilize a global fulfillment model to keep our prices competitive, shipping times vary based on your location:
- USA & Canada: 7–15 business days.
- UK & Europe: 7–12 business days.
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days.
- Other International Destinations: 12–20 business days. Note: These are estimated timelines and do not include potential customs clearance delays in your country.
Shipping Rates

Tracking Your Order

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
EStore Monkey is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing or incorrect destination information provided by the customer.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the local courier service first. If the issue remains unresolved after 10 days of the “Delivered” status, contact us at estoremonkey@gmail.com.
Multiple Items in One Order
To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, orders with multiple products may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment centers. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
