14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to the nature of international dropshipping, we cannot accept return requests after this 14-day period.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items (Immediate Resolution)
We take great care in selecting our suppliers, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will make it right:
- Report within 48 Hours: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at estoremonkey@gmail.com.
- Required Evidence: You must provide clear photos and a short video of the damaged item and the shipping label.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer you a full refund or a free replacement without requiring you to ship the defective item back in most cases.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Personal care products (beauty, skincare, etc.).
- Intimate apparel (lingerie, swimwear).
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
The Return Process (International)
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage (e.g., you changed your mind):
- Contact us at estoremonkey@gmail.com for return authorization.
- Return Shipping Costs: For “Change of Mind” returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our international warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 7-10 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once the order has moved to the “Processed” or “Shipped” stage, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you will need to follow the return process once the item arrives.
